These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Amplify newsletter, hosted at amplifyretail.beehiiv.com (the “Newsletter”), created by me, Will Gibson (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By subscribing or accessing the Newsletter, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t subscribe or use it. 1. What This Is Amplify is a bi-weekly newsletter delivering my personal takes on telecom retail, marketing, and big tech—straight from my experience across 80+ countries. It’s hosted on Beehiiv, a third-party platform, and these Terms apply to my content and your subscription. 2. Subscription & Access Sign-Up: You can subscribe by providing your email via amplifyretail.beehiiv.com. It’s free (for now—any future paid options will be clearly announced). Eligibility: You must be 13+ to subscribe. No bots or fake accounts, please. Cancellation: Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email or by contacting me at [email protected]. I’ll stop sending you stuff, no hard feelings. 3. Content Use My Stuff: Everything I write (rants, stories, ideas) is my intellectual property. You can read, enjoy, and share links to it, but don’t copy, republish, or sell it without my written permission. Your Input: Got a question or reply? By sending it, you give me permission to feature it (anonymously or with your first name) in future posts—unless you say otherwise. 4. Privacy Beehiiv collects your email and basic analytics (e.g., opens, clicks) on my behalf. I don’t sell your info or spam you beyond the newsletter.
